an lovely experience
beautiful riad fabulous staff friendly people professional attitude
The riad was beautiful. i watched hot air balloons in the sky from the top terrace. It was magical as the sun was rising. all the staff were fabulous! they couldn't do enough. They were friendly, accommodating, and professional. i felt their people skills were amazing.
my room had a slight plumbing issue in the bathroom.

I had dinner at the riad and the food was delicious. breakfast was also delicious. Everything i needed was there, including omelets prepared freshly on request. i found the service to be top class.

There is a cute little swimming pool. the rooftop terrace is amazing! the rooms are traditionally decorated, and well kept. the riad had a great hammam, and i enjoyed massages. This set me up perfectly for a week of exploring.

The staff were very helpful! khamisa, the host, was so lovely. she gave us a map and suggested things to do . i even got tea as a welcome when i arrived. The hosts were very kind indeed.

calm oasis moroccan art helpful staff
the riad provided an oasis of calm with a small pool. moroccan art and sculptures decorate the building. the room overlooked the courtyard. staff offered advice and support. they even decorated the room with cake and music for my partner's birthday.
i found the furniture on the patio looked worn and in need of maintenance.

The staff helped arrange airport transfers. They also provided recommendations for local attractions and gave me a map upon arrival. I liked the rooftop views, a GREAT spot for a morning coffee. The riad offered a calm escape with a lovely small pool.
The bathroom fixtures felt a bit dated.
